Video Project
During library skills class, students in grades 2-5 created videos promoting their school library in celebration of School Library Media Month in April 2013. The contest theme is "A School Without a Library." The videos were submitted to a statewide contest sponsored by the Kansas Association of School Librarians (KASL). For grades 2, 3 and 4, students worked together to make a classroom video. Fifth graders worked in small groups to create videos. Special thanks to Mrs. Schnurr, Mrs. Vogt and Mr. Brownlee for lending us your classroom iPads so we had the needed equipment for this project. Thanks also to Mr. Robson and Mr. Mantz for their technical assistance.
